| 退行性腰椎管狭窄症（DLSS）是临床上常见的腰椎退行性疾病，为提供最佳、有效的诊断及治疗方案，2011年北美脊柱外科协会更新了DLSS循证临床实践指南。在充分研读最新版NASS指南的基础上，结合目前最新研究进展，对DLSS的临床诊治展开评述，并提出未来研究建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| Degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis (DLSS) is a common clinical degenerative disease. In order to provide the best and effective diagnosis and treatment,the North American Spine Society updated the DLSS evidence-based clinical guidelines in 2011. Based on a thorough study of the latest NASS guidelines and combined with the latest research progress,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of DLSS were reviewed,and suggestions for future research were put forward. |
