| 摘要: |
| 静顺汤是《三因方》中针对辰戌年太阳寒水司天、太阴湿土在泉的运气特点而设，此方辛温散寒、苦温燥湿，具有抑强扶弱作用。顾植山教授认为人生天地之中，与天地之运气关系密切，运气辨治实质是根据天、人、邪的关系，动态把握运气病机，灵活施治。文章例举戊戌年顾植山教授运用静顺汤治疗虚劳、喉痹、湿疹、多梦等数则不同案例，分析其在运气理论指导下进行“异病同治”，探讨其“握机于病象之先”，灵活运用运气方，调整天人关系的临证思维特点。通过数则病案对比，能够体会运气辨治的精髓所在，进而拓宽临床思路。 |

| Jingshun Decoction is set in the "Sanyin Formulation" according to the climatic characteristics that the cold water of greater yang and damp earth of greater yin in the year of Chen and Xu. This prescription is pungent-warm expelling cold,bitter-warm herbs expelling heat,and has the effect of suppressing the strong and helping the weak. Professor GU Zhishan believes that in the world of life,it is closely related to the qi of heaven and earth,and it is necessary to dynamically grasp the pathogenesis and treat flexibly according to the relationship between heaven,man and evil. By example Professor GU Zhishan's application of Jingshun Decoction in the treatment of fatigue,throat arthralgia,eczema,nightmare and other cases in 2018,this paper analyze "the same treatment of different diseases" under the guidance of the theory of "five evolutive phases and six climatic factors" and discusses his clinical thinking characteristics of "grasping the pathogenesis before the disease",flexibly prescribing and adjusting the relationship between heaven and man.Through the comparison of several cases,we can understand the essence and broaden the clinical thinking. |
