植物石胡荽中愈创木内酯型倍半萜类化学成分的研究进展

摘要:
石胡荽,又名鹅不食草,是我国传统药用植物。研究表明,石胡荽中含有大量的倍半萜类化学成分,其中,有多种愈创木内酯型倍半萜已被证明具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化活性及抗病毒活性等方面的生物活性。文章总结了植物石胡荽中已分离鉴定得到的33种倍半萜化合物的化学结构特征及其药理活性作用,为更加合理地利用石胡荽的植物资源提供参考依据。

Abstract:
Centipeda minima, also known as herba centipedae, is a traditional Chinese midicinal plant. The results show that Centipeda minima contains a large number of guaiactone sesquiterpenes and has anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor activities. In this paper, the chemical structures characteristics and pharmacological activities of 33 sesquiterpenes isolated and identified from Centipeda minima were summarized in order to provide a reference basis for more rational utilization of plant resources of Centipeda minima.
