| 肖和印教授治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘经验丰富，认为该病乃内外合邪致病，外因以风邪为首，内因多责之于脾虚痰伏，肝热移肺，病位多与肺、肝、脾3脏关系密切，病机主要为风邪外袭，引动伏痰，肝热夹痰犯肺，搏结气道，气逆不降，咳嗽不止，治疗以疏风柔肝，健脾化痰为主要原则。 |

| Professor XIAO Heyin has rich experience in the treatment of cough variant asthma. He believes that this disease is caused by both internal and external pathogens. The external causes are wind pathogens. The internal causes are mainly due to spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation,liver heat transferring the lung,and the location of the disease is closely related to the lung,liver and spleen. The pathogenesis of this disease is mainly wind pathogenic attack,phlegm activation,liver heat with phlegm invading the lung,contracting the airway,qi adversity,coughing incessantly,treating wind-soothing and liver-strengthening. Spleen resolving phlegm is the main treatment principle. |
