| 摘要: |
| 在慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床辨证施治过程中，无论是从脾、胃、肺、肝、肾等脏腑辨证，抑或从气滞、湿阻、痰凝、血瘀等各种病理因素论治，诸多观点都只是对人体三焦整体气化失司过程中某一发病环节的个别侧重。只有三焦气化功能正常，全身气、血、津、液运行通畅，五脏安和，阴阳匀平，才能使机体处于“阴平阳秘”的健康状态。因此，在临床治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变时，应考虑到三焦气化在该病过程中所起的重要作用，以拓宽辨证施治的思路和方法。 |

| In the process of dialectical treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis in clinical,no matter from the spleen and stomach,lung and liver,kidney and other organs,or from the qi stagnation,damp obstruction,phlegm coagulation,blood stasis and so many pathological factors on the treatment of it,simply is an individual focus of disturbance in Sanjiao qi activity. Only the normal qi functional,qi blood channel unobstructed,viscera harmony and keeping balance between yin and yang can make the body healthy. So in the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis in clinical,sanjiao gasification in the course of the disease should be taken into account to broaden the thinking and methods of dialectical treatment. |
