摘要:

溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是一种病因和病机尚不十分明确的慢性非特异性炎症性肠病。其病程长，易反复发作治疗缺乏特异性，严重影响患者的生活质量，被世界卫生组织列为现代难治病之一。从中医学的角度分析，UC被看作是一种多病因、多变化、多层次的复杂疾病。在整体观念、辨证论治思想的指导下，多维度的辨析思想体现在UC诊治和预后的各个方面。文章尝试从包括病因、病机、病性、病位、分期、证候、体质等在内的8个方面阐述UC中医辨治思路，并初步探讨动态化、综合化及个体化的辨治策略，以期发挥中医多维度诊疗思维的特色与优势。

Abstract:

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease whose cause is not yet fully understood. In recent years,the number of UC outpatient has been increasing year by year. At present,the clinical treatment of UC lacks specificity. It has a long course of the disease,is prone to repeated attacks,has many complications,and is difficult to cure. It seriously affects the quality of life of patients and is listed as one of the modern refractory diseases by the World Health Organization. From the perspective of Chinese medicine,UC is regarded as a complex disease with multiple causes,multiple changes,and multiple levels. Under the guidance of the holism and the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the multi-dimensional identification analysis thought is reflected in all aspects of UC diagnosis and treatment and prognosis. This paper attempts to explain the ideas of legislative analysis and treatment of UC from the eight dimensions of etiology,pathogenesis,disease nature,disease position,stage,disease name,syndrome,and physique,discuss dynamic,comprehensive and individualized treatment strategies,hope to be full play to the therapeutic advantages dominated by TCM mind.
