| 放化疗是目前临床治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段，而骨髓抑制是其主要的毒副作用，直接影响患者在放化疗期间的疗效、预后及转归。防治骨髓抑制是恶性肿瘤放化疗成功的关键。以中医的观点来看，放化疗作为一种毒邪，侵犯机体，伏而不发或伏而小发，积久成"伏毒"，进而影响脏腑，甚至髓络的生理功能，导致肿瘤患者发生骨髓抑制。从"伏毒"与骨髓抑制相关性进行探讨分析，并结合脾肾两脏与生血的关系，认为"伏毒"能从多个方面对骨髓抑制的发病及治疗产生影响。 |

| Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main methods for clinical treatment of malignant tumors,and myelosuppression is the main side effect,which directly affects the efficacy,prognosis and outcome of patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Prevention and treatment of myelosuppression is the key to the success of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignant tumors. From the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine,radiotherapy and chemotherapy as a poisonous evil,invading the body,hiding without attacking or minor attacking,accumulated for a long time into "Latent toxin",thereby affecting the viscera,and even the physiological function of the medullary network,leading cancer patients myelosuppression occurs. This article discusses the relationship between "Latent toxin" and myelosuppression,and combines the relationship between the spleen and kidney and the blood,and believes that "Latent toxin" can affect the onset and treatment of myelosuppression in many aspects. |
