芩连痛泻颗粒治疗急性肠胃炎（湿热内蕴证）的临床疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察芩连痛泻颗粒治疗急性肠胃炎（湿热内蕴证）1剂缓痛止泻的临床疗效。[方法] 将符合该病例的患者随机分为两组，对照组采用西药治疗，试验组采用口服芩连痛泻颗粒治疗，第2天回访。观察指标为两组主要疗效（止泻）及次要疗效（缓痛、止吐等），以痊愈、显效、有效率总和为总有效率。[结果] 1）主要疗效：对照组、试验组临床总有效率分别为77.5%、85%，无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2）次要疗效：对照组、试验组临床总有效率分别为88.95%、95.1%，无统计学意义（P>0.05）。其中，试验组止腹痛、止吐有效率高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05），不良反应发生率无统计学意义（P>0.05）。[结论] 芩连痛泻颗粒治疗急性肠胃炎（湿热内蕴证）的临床疗效确切，止泻效果与西药相近，止痛止吐效果优于西药，安全性高，值得临床积极推广应用及进一步深入研究。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Qilian Tongxie Granule in treating acute gastroenteritis(hygrothermic syndrome) with a dose of pain and diarrhea.[Methods] The patients who met the case were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Western medicine. The experimental group was treated with oral Qinlian Tongxie granule and returned the next day. The observed indicators are the two groups of main curative effects(antidiarrhea) and secondary curative effects(slow pain,antiemetic,etc.). The total effective rate is the sum of recovery,apparent effect,and efficient effect.[Results] 1)The main curative effect:the total clinical efficiency of the control group was 77.5%,and the total clinical efficiency of the experimental group was 85%. There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). 2)Secondary efficacy:The total clinical efficiency of the control group and the experimental group was 88.95% and 95.1%,respectively. There were differences in the tests,the rate of abdominal pain and vomiting and the incidence of side effects were observed respectively. It was found that the effective rate of abdominal pain and antiemesis in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of side effects was not statistically significant (P>0.05).[Conclusion] Zhitong Tongxie Granule is effective in treating acute entergastritis (damp heat syndrome). The effect of antidiarrheal is similar to that of Western medicine. The effect of antiemetic antiemetic effect is superior to western medicine. It is highly safe and worthy of clinical application and further study.
