| 通过对解发良教授治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的中医认识、临床治疗经验及相关文献进行研究，分析总结发现解教授将甲状腺功能亢进症分为前后两期，前期以实证为主，包括气滞痰凝型、郁久化热型及热灼成瘀，痰瘀互结型，后期为以虚实夹杂证为主，包括心肝阴虚型及气阴两虚型，即分为了实证3型、虚实夹杂证2型，并附验案两则，以资佐证。 |

| Abstract: |
| Introducing Professor XIE Faliang's opinion of traditional Chinese medicine and his clinical experience in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Through investigation of his case and literature,the analysis and summary concluded that Professor XIE divided hyperthyroidism into two stages:the early stage was mainly empirical,including phlegm-stagnation type,stagnation heat type and heat burning into stasis,phlegm-stasis type; the later stage was mainly deficiency and excess syndrome,including heart and liver yin deficiency type and qi and yin deficiency type. Namely divided into three types of sthenic syndrome,two types of mixture of asthenia and sthenia syndrome. Two proven cases were presented to support. |
