高思华“地黄汤”类方肝、脾、肾3脏同调辨治糖尿病经验浅析

摘要:

地黄汤类方由钱乙六味地黄丸发展而来，原方由熟地黄、山药、山茱萸、牡丹皮、泽泻、茯苓6味药物组成，即张仲景的肾气丸去桂枝、附子。后世医家在此基础上加减化裁出诸多地黄汤类方，拓展了其临床应用范围。高思华教授广泛吸纳前贤使用地黄汤类方的经验，并将其与自身肝、脾、肾3脏同调治疗2型糖尿病的经验结合，善用参芪地黄汤、杞菊地黄汤、黄连地黄汤、归芍地黄汤辨治糖尿病，临床疗效显著。文章特举4例临床验案，浅析高思华教授使用地黄汤类方经验。

Abstract:

The prescription of categorized formulationof Dihuang Decoction was developed from "Qianyi Liuwei Dihuang Pills". The original decoction consisted of Rehmannia,Chinese Yam,Dogwood,Cortex Moutan,Alisma and Tuckahoe,cassia twig and aconite are removed from Zhongjing Shenqi Pills is in the same way. The original treatment of children with pathogenous aphasia,metopism,is often used for damage of kidney yin. On the basis of this decoction,the later medical doctors added and subtracted the prescriptions and produce the Zhibai Dihuang Decoction,Qiju Dihuang Decoction,and Guiqi Dihuang Ddecoction,etc.,which expanded the scope of application of Dihuang Decoction. Professor GAO Sihua extensively absorbed the experience of predecessor using categorized formulationof Dihuang Decoction,and combined it with his own experience of "Treating metabolic diseases from aspects of liver,spleen and kidney". Professor GAO Sihua make good use of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction,Qiju Dihuang Decoction,Huanglian Dihuang Decoction and Guishao Dihuang Decoction to treats diabetes clinically. This article introduces 4 clinicial cases to analyze Professor GAO Sihua's experience in using categorized formulationof Dihuang Decoction.
