摘要:

[目的] 基于中医传承辅助平台软件（V2.5），分析治疗冠心病心绞痛中药复方的用药规律。[方法] 检索2010年1月—2020年1月中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库3个数据库中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛的相关文献，分析用药规律，包括四气五味与归经分析、频数及频率分析、聚类分析、关联分析。[结果] 近10年涉及中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛方剂190首，中药120种，药性以温性居多，其次是寒性和平性；药味以苦居多，其次是甘、辛；高频中药31味，丹参、川芎、黄芪、当归、红花等较为常用；经关联规则分析，得出药对关联规则21条，3味药配伍关联规则6条；经核心药物聚类分析，演化得到18个核心组合与9个新处方。[结论] 活血通络、益气补虚、化痰散结为中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛的主要方法。

Abstract:

[Objective] Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform Software (V2.5),to analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine compound for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.[Methods] The medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the past 10 years in three databases were analyzed,including four qi and five flavor meridian tropism analysis,frequency and frequency analysis,cluster analysis and correlation analysis.[Result] In the past ten years,the 190 prescriptions and 120 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were involved in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Most of them were warm,followed by cold and peaceful;most of them were bitter,followed by sweet and pungent;31 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines were commonly used,such as Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis and safflower,etc. After cluster analysis,the 18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were obtained.[Conclusion] Huoxue Tongluo,Yiqi Buxu,Huatan Sanjie are the main methods for treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
