从“毒”论治肉芽肿性乳腺炎的探讨

摘要:

肉芽肿性乳腺炎是一种良性病变，以手术为主要治疗手段，对于难治型，常常迁延难愈，且复发率高。传承房定亚教授“热毒伤络”的学术思想，围绕中医病因病机、治则治法等方面，从“毒”论治，采用内服和外敷辨证治疗，善用四妙勇安汤，取得了很好的临床疗效。

Abstract:

Granulomatous mastitis is a kind of benign disease. Surgery is the main treatment. For the refractory type,it is often delayed and refractory,and the recurrence rate is high. The author inherits Professor FANG Dingya's academic thought of "heat poison injures collaterals",focuses on the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,principles and methods of treatment,discusses the treatment from "poison",uses internal and external application for syndrome differentiation treatment,and makes good use of Simiao Yong'an Decoction,which has achieved good clinical effect.
