| 乳腺癌位居女性恶性肿瘤首位，严重危害女性健康。王克穷教授谙熟经典，擅用经方，认为乳腺癌临证以脾虚肝郁居多，选方遣药时应明辨主证在先，次证居后，法当培补中土为主，佐以疏肝。遵循逍遥散守正创新，在方药组成不变的基础上，通过改变药物剂量，重用方中补脾药物茯苓65~250 g，白术45 g，衍生逍遥散2号治疗脾虚肝郁证之乳腺癌，获效满意。 |

| Breast cancer ranks the first among female malignant tumors and seriously endangers women's health.WANG Keqiong,the chief physician,was familiar with the classics and made good use of the classical prescriptions.He believes that breast cancer in the majority with spleen-deficiency and liver-depression,and that the main syndrome should be clearly identified when choosing the prescriptions and distributing the medicine,followed by the second syndrome,the method should be used to strengthen the spleen,with the relief of liver. Following Xiaoyao Powderto keep innovation,Xiaoyao Powder No.2 was derived to treat breast cancer with spleen-deficiency and liver-depression syndrome by changing the dosage of drugs and reusing the spleen tonic drugs of poriacocos 65~250 g and white atractylodes rhizome 45 g on the basis of unchanged composition of drugs,and the effect was satisfactory. |
