| 胃食管反流病是临床常见的消化系统疾病，文章基于中药药性理论从性味、归经等角度论述理气药对该病燮理气机升降、斡旋中州的治疗作用。中医治疗胃食管反流病以调节脏腑气机为核心，同时注重祛除痰、热、湿、瘀、虚等病理因素，运用理气药应灵活配伍，发挥降气化痰、行气润养、利气除湿、运气活血、益气健脾的功效。文章结合药理研究进展，探讨理气药治疗胃食管反流病的应用思路。 |

| Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common digestive system disease in clinic. This paper discusses the therapeutic effect of regulating qi and medicine on the regulating qi of the disease from the theory of drug properties.The core of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease is to regulate the viscera qi.At the same time,attention should be paid to removing phlegm,heat,dampness,blood stasis,deficiency and other pathological factors.The use of drugs for regulating qi flow should be flexible and compatible,giving full play to the effect of reducing qi and removing phlegm,nourishing qi and nourishing dampness,promoting qi and activating blood circulation,tonifying qi and invigorating spleen. In combination with the development of modern pharmacological research,this paper provides a train of thought for the application of the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. |
