补肾祛痰方联合太极拳锻炼对肾虚痰浊型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察补肾祛痰方配合太极拳锻炼对肾虚痰浊型膝骨关节炎的疗效。[方法] 将60例肾虚痰浊型膝骨关节炎患者采用随机数字表法分为补肾祛痰方组（A组）、太极拳组（B组）和补肾祛痰方联合太极拳组（C组），每组各20例，连续治疗观察6周。治疗前后采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分及西安大略和麦马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（WOMAC）评分比较各组患者之间的疗效差异。[结果] 各组患者治疗后VAS评分及WOMAC各项（疼痛、僵硬、身体功能）评分均较治疗前改善，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。治疗后C组患者VAS评分及WOMAC各项评分与A组及B组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。3组间临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。[结论] 补肾祛痰方联合太极拳锻炼治疗对肾虚痰浊型膝骨关节炎患者的关节症状与功能具有明显的改善效果，方药与太极拳锻炼联合治疗较两者单独使用效果更优。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Qutan Formulation combined with Taichi training in treating kindey deficiency and phlegm turbid type knee osteoarthritis.[Methods] A total of 60 patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm turbid type knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into Bushen Qutan Formulation(group A),Taichi training(group B) and both(group C),with 20 cases in each. All of the patients were treated for 6 weeks continually. Visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) scores of the 3 groups were observed and compared after 6 weeks.[Results] The VAS scores and WOMAC scores of patients in 3 groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05);and VAS scroes and WOMAC scores of patients in group C were significantly reduced after treatment compared with group A and group B(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in clinical efficacy among the three groups.[Conclusion] Bushen Qutan Formulation combined with Taichi training is effective on relieving symptoms and improving the knee joint function of the patient with kindey deficiency and phlegm turbid type knee osteoarthritis,and it has better effects than other 2 methods alone.
