Notch信号通路是一种进化上保守的细胞间信号机制,在胚胎和出生后的发育过程中影响许多分化过程,对维持神经干细胞增殖分化、调节角质细胞生成及参与神经元迁徙方面发挥重要的作用。近年研究证实,脑梗死缺血损伤后激活Notch信号通路,活化的Notch信号通路促进血管细胞生成、调节神经干细胞增殖及减轻炎症反应等在血管缺血区血管生成、神经系统受损修复、减少免疫细胞浸润中起重要调节作用。文章就Notch信号通路在脑组织中的生理功能及在脑梗死病中的作用机制进行探讨,总结针刺疗法及中药对Notch信号通路的调控作用,为治疗脑梗死提供新的靶点。 |

Notch signaling pathway is an evolutionarily conserved intercellular signaling mechanism,which affects many processes of differentiation during embryonic and postnatal development,and plays an important role in maintaining the value-added differentiation of neural stem cells,regulating keratinocyte production and participating in neuronal migration. Recent studies have confirmed that activation of Notch signal pathway promote generation of vascular cells,regulate the proliferation of neural stem cells and reduce the inflammatory response after cerebral infarction. It plays an important role in angiogenesis,repair of nervous system damage and reduction of immune cell infiltration in vascular ischemic area. In this paper,the physiological function of Notch signaling pathway in brain tissue and the mechanism of action in cerebral infarction are discussed,and the regulatory effect of acupuncture and Chinese traditional medicine on Notch signaling pathway is summarized to provide a new target for the treatment of cerebral infarction. |
