摘要:

阳和汤是治疗阴疽证痈肿名方，该方具有散寒通滞、温阳补血的作用，主治阳虚寒凝证阴疽。文章对近十年阳和汤的临床应用进行文献归纳整理，发现只要辨清阴阳，抓住阳虚寒凝证本质，可应用阳和汤于肺系疾病、心系疾病、消化疾病、骨关节疾病、恶性肿瘤等疾病。该方随症加减，通过调整阴阳气血，临床疗效确切，值得临床各科推广使用。

Abstract:

Yanghe Decoction is a famous prescription for treating yin gangrene syndrome. It has the function of dispersing cold and removing stagnation,warming yang and tonifying blood. It is used to treat yin gangrene of yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome. This paper summarizes the clinical application of Yanghe Decoction in recent ten years. It is found that Yanghe Decoction can be used in lung disease,heart disease,digestive disease,bone and joint disease,malignant tumors and other diseases as long as we distinguish yin and yang and grasp the essence of yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome. The clinical effect of this prescription is exact by adjusting yin and yang qi and blood,worth the promotion and use of various clinical departments.
