| 《慈禧光绪医方选议》是一部具有代表性的清代宫廷医学著作，书中所载宫廷膏方调治脾胃病颇具特色。其书共计收录相关膏方15首，文章根据内容及统计分析，总结出其具有“辨体辨证，因人制宜”“选方平实，随证变化”“通补兼施，适宜久服”“用药精当，因时制宜”等特点，对现代中医临床运用膏方调治脾胃病具有重要的启发意义与参考价值。 |

| Selections from Cixi and Guangxu Medical Prescriptions is a representative medical and health-care work which contains a lot of characteristics in regulating and treating spleen and stomach diseases in the Qing Dynasty. In this paper, the 15 related prescriptions are included, according to the content and statistical analysis, it is found that the characteristics of prescriptions include "distinguishing syndromes and constitutions to chose treatment according to the variability of an individual", "unadorned formulation selections and varying on the basis of syndromes", "smoothing combined with tonifying and making long-term applying enable" and "using medicine precisely and adapt to the solar terms". It has important enlightening significance and reference value for the clinical application of the paste prescriptions in regulating and treating spleen and stomach diseases. |
