| 糖尿病性外展神经麻痹是糖尿病的远期并发症之一，属于中医"风牵偏视""视歧"等病范畴，其主要病机为脏腑不足，精虚邪乘。文章报道了倪金霞教授运用补脾祛风针法结合中药治疗2型糖尿病性外展神经麻痹1例，获效甚捷，以期对临床有所裨益。 |

| Diabetic abducent paralysis is one of the long-term complications of diabetes, which belongs to the category of "wind-induced squint" and "vision disambiguation" in traditional Chinese medicine. Its main pathogenesis is the deficiency of viscera, essence deficiency evil multiplication. In order to benefit the clinic, this case reports that Professor NI Jinxia effectively treated 1 case of type 2 diabetic abducent paralysis with the acupuncture method of tonifying spleen and dispelling wind combined with Chinese herbs. |
