| 原发性肌张力障碍是一种不明病因、不自主、持续性的肌肉收缩或姿势异常的综合征，属于中医"痉证"范畴。文章所载医案的患者以右肩不自主抬高2年为首发症状，伴发作性左侧躯体向右侧牵拉、行走不稳、失眠等症状，辨证为气机内郁，窍阻神蒙，筋失濡养。彭德忠教授以调神导气为原则，采用针刺配合束悗法治疗原发性肌张力障碍1例，疗效显著。 |

| Primary dystonia is a syndrome of involuntary, persistent muscle contraction or postural abnormality of unknown etiology. It belongs to the category of "spasticity" in Chinese medicine. The patient in this case presented with involuntary elevation of the right shoulder for 2 years as the first symptom, accompanied by episodes of left-sided pulling to the right, unsteady walking and insomnia, and other symptoms. The diagnosis is that the qi is depressed, the aperture obstructs the Shenmeng, and the tendons lose their moistening. Professor PENG Dezhong used acupuncture in conjunction with the Shuman method to treat this condition, with remarkable results. |
