| 肿瘤相关性抑郁是肿瘤患者最常见的不良情绪。焦虑抑郁的心理状态、消极的治疗态度可能导致肿瘤的进展及复发，对疾病治疗、预后及患者的生存质量均产生诸多方面的负面影响。因此，改善情绪状态对肿瘤患者的治疗及预后是十分必要和重要的。对于该领域的治疗，中医取得了良好的临床疗效，对于患者抑郁症状及整体生活状况都有明显的改善作用。文章就近5年中医药在该领域的治疗研究，分别从中药、针刺及中医联合疗法方面的现状进行阐述。 |

| Cancer related depression(CRD) is the most common bad mood in cancer patients. The psychological state of anxiety and depression and the negative treatment attitude can promote the progress and recurrence of cancer, and have many negative effects on the treatment, prognosis and the quality of life of the patients. Therefore, it is very necessary and important to improve the emotional state of patients for the treatment and prognosis of cancer patients. For the treatment of this field, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has achieved good clinical effect, and has obvious improvement effect on depression symptoms and overall living conditions of patients. In the past five years, the author expounds the current situation of TCM, acupuncture and TCM combined therapy in this field. |
