| 随着人们生活方式和饮食习惯的改变，聚合性痤疮发病率呈逐年上升趋势，严重影响青少年的生活和心理健康。笔者研读《脾胃论》等医籍，发现阴火病机与聚合性痤疮的发病机制具有相关性，特撰文加以论述，以期为聚合性痤疮的治疗提供新思路。 |

| With the change of people's lifestyle and eating habits,the incidence of polyacne is on the rise year by year,which seriously affects the life and mental health of teenagers. The author has studied on Theory of Spleen and Stomach and other medical books,and found that the pathogenesis of yin fire is related to the pathogenesis of aggregated acne. This paper discussed it in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of aggregated acne. |
