摘要:

文章总结李志刚教授针灸治疗难治性腹泻型肠易激综合征的临证经验。李教授尊崇中医经典理论，师古不泥，治病必求于本，谨守"中气不运，木郁不达"之病机，强调先后天之本于该病中的重要意义，重视调神，善通调膀胱气化而利小便以实大便。主取脾、胃、大肠经输穴、募穴及下合穴，配以调神及利水组穴，重者随症配伍多种疗法，共奏疏肝健脾、和胃止泻之功。

Abstract:

Professor LI Zhigang's experience in the treatment of refractory diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with acupuncture and moxibustion is introduced. Professor LI respects the classic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, respects the classic theories but does not stick to it, believes that it must be based on the basics of the treatment, and he adheres to the pathogenesis of "the medium coke gas machine is not smooth, the wood gas is stagnant", and emphasizes the importance of the innate and acquired roots in this disease. He attaches great importance to regulating the mind, and regulating the bladder gasification to facilitate urination and solid bowel movements. In the treatment, spleen meridian, stomach meridian, large intestine meridian transfusion points, Mo points and Xiahe points are selected as the main acupoints, combined with a group of acupoints for regulating the mind and promoting water, compatible with multiple treatment methods in severe cases, so as to soothe the liver, strengthen the spleen, and relieve the diarrhea of the stomach.
