| 升陷汤为近代医家张锡纯治疗大气下陷所创名方，其临床适用范围颇广。文章对升陷汤的理论来源及方药进行简要分析，总结出升陷汤方证并在胸痹、失眠中加以应用，为中医药诊治胸痹和失眠提供思路。 |

| Shengxian Decoction is a famous prescription created by modern physician ZHANG Xichun for the treatment of atmospheric subsidence. its clinical application scope is quite wide. The author briefly analyzed the theoretical source and prescription of Shengxian Decoction, and summarized its prescription syndrome and its application in chest impediment and insomnia, in order to provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of chest impediment and insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine. |
