摘要:

眼底血症是眼底出血性疾病的统称，多种眼病均可导致。病因复杂，表现不一，迁延难愈。当前对于此病治疗，各家经验纷繁复杂且难以统一，多为单方验方。谢立科教授执简驭繁将眼底血证分为“早、中、晚”3期论治，结合唐容川“止血、消瘀、宁血、补虚”4法，结合眼底血症各期特殊眼底表现，早期止血为首，中期消瘀为重，中晚痰瘀同治，晚补虚扶正收功，临床多有良效，本文对其经验进行总结，以飨同道。

Abstract:

Fundus hemorrhage is a general term of fundus bleeding disease,which can be caused by many kinds of ophthalmopathy. The cause of fundus hemorrhage is complex,the manifestations are different,and the delay is difficult to cure. At present,the treatment of this disease by syndrome differentiation and treatment and the experience of each family are complicated and difficult to unify,and most of them are single prescriptiones. Professor XIE Like has divided the fundus hematemesis into "early,middle and late" stages,combined with TANG Rongchuan's four methods of "stopping bleeding,eliminating blood stasis,nourishing blood,and tonifying deficiency",and combined with the special fundus manifestations of each stage of fundus hematemesis. The early stage of stopping bleeding is the first,the middle stage of eliminating blood stasis is important,the middle and late stage of phlegm and blood stasis are treated together,and heal by reinforcing deficiency and strengthening body resistance in late stage. Clinical application has good effect. In order to share the same experience,this paper sums up the experience of Professor XIE Like in treating the fundus blood syndrome.
