熏蒸疗法适用疾病谱研究

摘要:

归纳总结中医熏蒸疗法疾病谱。计算机检索中国知网、万方医学、维普期刊、中国生物医学文献服务系统中与熏蒸疗法有关的临床文献，按照病证分类进行分析总结，并对单独熏蒸治疗和熏蒸联合其他治疗方法分别统计。熏蒸疾病谱共涵盖18大类，308个病种，疾病总频次4 345次。单独熏蒸治疗和熏蒸联合治疗相同的疾病17类，其中西医疾病84种，西医症状19种，中医病证15种，共118种，总频次3790。熏蒸联合其他疗法治疗疾病17类，其中西医疾病136种，西医症状31种，中医病证23种，共190种，总频次555。频次大于100的病症依次为腰椎间盘突出症、膝关节骨性关节炎、颈椎病、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、骨折、颈肩腰腿痛、肩周炎和干眼症。熏蒸疗法适应证广泛，优势病种突出，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

To analyze and summarize the diseases treated by Chinese medicine fumigation. The clinical documents related to fumigation in China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Medicine,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Service System were searched by computer,and analyzed and summarized according to the classification of disease syndromes,and counted according to the frequency of fumigation alone and the combination of fumigation and other therapies. The total frequency of this fumigation disease spectrum was 4 345,covering a total of 18 categories and 303 diseases. There were 17 kinds of diseases included in fumigation alone and fumigation combined treatment of the same diseases,including 84 kinds of diseases in western medicine,19 kinds of symptoms in western medicine,15 kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes,118 kinds in total,with a total frequency of 3 586. There were 17 kinds of diseases treated by fumigation combined with other therapies,including 136 kinds of diseases in western medicine,31 kinds of symptoms in western medicine,23 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,a total of 190 kinds,with a total frequency of 555. The frequency of diseases above 100 was lumbar disc herniation,knee osteoarthritis,cervical spondylosis,rheumatoid arthritis,ankylosing spondylitis,fracture,neck shoulder pain or lumbocrural pain,periarthritis of shoulder and dry eye. The fumigation of disease is extensive,and the dominant disease of scraping is prominent. It is worthy of clinical application.
