摘要:

“奇经八脉”之名最早见于《难经》，在理论指导、临床应用方面具有重要的作用。关于奇经八脉的循行、穴位、药物等内容，历代医家多有论述，且认识不尽相同。为使读者对奇经八脉有一个更为完整的认识，文章通过梳理分析历代医家对奇经八脉的论述，对奇经八脉源流及发展等内容，特别是有争议的内容进行分析，以期对奇经八脉有更完整、清楚的认识，更好地服务于临床。

Abstract:

The name of "eight extraordinary meridians" was first seen in Difficult Meridian, which plays an important role in theoretical guidance and clinical application. There are many discussions on the circulation, acupoints and drugs of the eight extraordinary meridians, although there are inconsistent understandings. In order to make readers have a more complete understanding of the eight meridians, this paper tries to comb and analyze the discussion of the eight extraordinary meridians by doctors of previous dynasties, and try to analyze the origin and development of the eight extraordinary meridians, especially the controversial contents, in order to have a more complete and clear understanding of the eight extraordinary meridians and better serve the clinic.
