| 文章考证不同《金匮要略》版本，重解《金匮要略·痉湿暍病脉证治》中第7、12、13条原文，提出第13条大承气汤证是典型刚痉，第12条葛根汤证为欲作刚痉，第7条是刚痉提纲，由葛根汤证向大承气汤证的转归反映了刚痉的传变过程，以“口噤”为典型刚痉先兆。文章旨在统众家之纷说，明刚痉之原理，以期从刚痉动态发展的角度为临床选方用药及判断预后提供新视角。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper reinterprets the 7th, 12th, 13th original texts of Synopsis of Golden Chamber:Jingshi Yebing Pulse Syndrome by researching on different versions of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. The 13th syndrome of Dachengqi Decoction is typical rigid spasm, the 12th Syndrome of Gegen Decoction is intended rigid spasm, and the 7th is rigid spasm outline. The transformation from Gegen Decoction syndrome to Dachengqi Decoction syndrome reflects the process of rigid spasm and "Mouth shudder" is the precursor of typical rigid spasm. Its significance lies in the following aspects:unifying and annotating the theory of spasmodic disease, providing a new view for clinical diagnosis, prescription selection and prognosis judgment of spasmodic disease. |
