中医药治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床研究进展

摘要:

甲状腺功能亢进症（简称甲亢）是常见、多发、易反复的内分泌代谢病之一，近年来中医药在治疗甲亢疾病中已取得一定的进展。临证时医家多选经典名方加减（柴胡疏肝散、阿胶鸡子黄汤、丹栀逍遥散等）、经验方（养阴清热消瘿方、薏苡贝母柴胡汤、疏肝益气养营汤等）、中成药（甲亢灵片、天王补心丹、养心定悸胶囊等）通过调和肝脾、清热泻火、平肝潜阳等干预，或者选用耳穴贴压、温针等方法治疗，可以起到改善患者乏力、烦躁、多汗、心悸、不寐等高代谢症状，调节甲状腺激素水平及甲状腺疾病相关抗体的作用，并在一定程度上减轻甲状腺肿状态。同时，改善肝脏损伤、白细胞减少、皮肤瘙痒等的发生。中医药在治疗甲亢的临床研究中发挥了提高临床疗效、减少不良反应发生的作用。

Abstract:

Hyperthyroidism is one of the common, frequent and recurring endocrine metabolic diseases. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has made certain progress in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. During clinical treatment, physicians often choose classic prescriptions (Chaihu Shugan Powder, Ejiao Jizihuang Decoction, Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder, etc.), experiential prescriptions(Yangyin Qingre Xiaoying Prescription, Yiyi Beimu Chaihu Decoction, Shugan Yiqi Yangying Decoction, etc.), proprietary traditional Chinese medicines(Jiakangling Tablets, Tianwang Buxin Mini-Pills, Yangxin Dingji Capsules, etc.) through interventions such as coordinating liver and spleen, clearing heat and diarrhea, leveling liver and latent yang, or using ear acupoint pressing, warm acupuncture.The treatment method can improve the patient's fatigue, irritability, hyperhidrosis, palpitations, insomnia and other hypermetabolic symptoms, regulate thyroid hormone levels and thyroid disease-related antibodies, and reduce the state of goiter to a certain extent. At the same time, it reduces the occurrence of liver damage, leukopenia, and itchy skin. Traditional Chinese medicine has played a role in improving the clinical treatment effect and reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions in clinical research on the treatment of hyperthyroidism.
