| 骨关节炎属中医“痹证”范畴。痹证是骨科最常见的疾病之一，其发病率较高，但可防可控可治的一类疾病。《金匮要略》中多个章节可见关于痹证的描述，上承《黄帝内经》，下启后世，内容精深简要，辨证精确入微，立法方药严谨，至今对临床实践具有重要的指导意义。本文基于《金匮要略》痹证理论来探讨骨关节炎的起源、病因病机、治则治法及辨证分期治疗，以期对临床实践有所裨益。 |

| Osteoarthritis belongs to the category of "arthralgia" in traditional Chinese medicine of the motherland. Arthralgia syndrome is one of the most common diseases in orthopedics, with a high incidence. In the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, you can see the description of arthralgia syndrome in many chapters, inheriting the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, and enlightening later generations. The content is intensive and concise, the dialectical is precise, and the legislative prescriptions are rigorous. So far, it has important guiding significance for clinical practice. This article discussed the origin, etiology and pathogenesis of osteoarthritis based on the theory of arthritis in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, with a view to benefiting clinical practice. |
