Abstract: |
The theory of qi transformation of six meridians of typhoid fever is a theory which gradually emerged when the later physicians studied the pathogenesis of typhoid fever and the mechanism of six meridians transformation. This theory has been further developed by the research of doctors in the Republic of China. In terms of works, more than 20 new worksof qi transformation of typhoid feverhave been produced. In the aspect of theory, it puts forward the new six meridians and six qi distribution law and the theory of foreignization of hand and foot meridians. At the same time, it expands the application scope of the theory of opening and closing pivot, and sums up the qi transformation prescriptions according to the regional differences. In addition, it introduces the concepts of yin-yang theory, Mingmen theory, six meridians boundary and Western medicine theory to improve the law of manifestation root cause and medial qi transformation in specimen. These achievements greatly promoted the development of the theory of qi transformation of typhoid fever in the Republic of China, enriched the theoretical system of qi transformation of typhoid fever, and provided a new perspective for clinical application of ZHANG Zhongjing's treatise on Treatise on Febrile Diseases. |
