含蒽醌类中药致结肠黑变病影响及机制研究进展

摘要:

结肠黑变病(MC)的发生与进展和服用含蒽醌类中药可能存在一定的相关性。本文简述中西医对MC的认识, 并从与服用蒽醌类中药相关的MC临床病例研究和蒽醌类中药对MC最新机制研究两方面进行总结, 探讨含蒽醌类中药对MC可能产生的影响并提出安全应用该类药物的建议, 对蒽醌类中药相关的研究方向提出展望。

Abstract:

The occurrence and progress of melanosis coli may be related to the use of anthraquinone containing traditional Chinese medicine. This paper briefly describes the understanding of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on colon melanosis, summarizes the clinical case study of colon melanosis related to taking anthraquinone traditional Chinese medicine and the latest mechanism study of anthraquinone traditional Chinese medicine on colon melanosis, discusses the possible impact of anthraquinone traditional Chinese medicine on colon melanosis, and puts forward some suggestions for the safe application of this kind of medicine. The prospect of the research direction of anthraquinone traditional Chinese medicine was proposed.
