摘要:

《方剂学》将五苓散归类于祛湿剂中利水渗湿剂的子目录中，认为其病机为膀胱气化不利，将其功用归结为利水渗湿、温阳化气，用以治疗膀胱蓄水证。《伤寒论》中亦将五苓散证之病机归结为膀胱气化不利兼有表证，言其功用为通阳化气、利水解表。文章就五苓散方证之病机、方药组成及煎服法等方面进行分析，得出五苓散方证病位并非膀胱，乃定位于脾，认为其功用亦并非解表，并将其煎服法中的白饮作为主药，得出其功用为祛湿邪、通水道、生津液的新解。故此，凡津液亏损、水道不通、湿邪内蕴之诸证，皆可以此方治之，扩大了五苓散的临床应用范围。

Abstract:

Wuling Powder, which is classified in the sub-category of damp-clearing drug in desiccating formula in the Formulaology, is considered that its pathogenesis is bladder disturbance in qi activity. Its function is down to promote urination and leach out damp, in addition to warm yang and reinforce qi, which can lead to treat the blood stagnation syndrome of the bladder. The Study of Exogenous Febrile Diseases also attributed the pathogenesis of Wuling Powder to the bladder dysfunction of qi, and its function is to activate yang, transform qi, and facilitate hydrolysis of exterior syndrome. The author analyzed the pathogenesis, the composition of prescriptions, and the decoction methods of Wuling Powder, and concluded that the disease position of Wuling Powder syndrome is not located in bladder, but in spleen, and its function is not to relieve exterior syndrome, and Baiyin, a decoction of Wuling Powder, is one of the main drugs, and its function is to eliminate dampness, regulate water passage, and promote the production of body fluids. Therefore, all the syndromes of body fluid loss, blocked water channel and dampness evil can be treated by this method, which expands the clinical application scope of Wuling Powder.
