[目的] 运用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗原发性耳鸣的选穴规律、核心穴组及理论依据。[方法] 检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)上的电子文献,按照筛选标准收集针灸治疗原发性耳鸣的处方,利用Python编程对其进行描述性分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析。[结果] 1)共纳入有效处方268首,涉及腧穴98个,总使用频次1793次,以手少阳三焦经、足少阳胆经、手太阳小肠经腧穴最为常用。2)局部选穴占据主导,其中位于耳周部的腧穴使用频次为781次,占总频次的44.91%,使用频次较高的腧穴依次为听宫、翳风、听会。3)腧穴配伍存在固定搭配,关联分析可得支持度最高关联群是耳门→听会;聚类分析可得到中渚-耳门-翳风-听宫-听会等3个聚类群。[结论] 数据挖掘技术用于针灸治疗原发性耳鸣临床文献的研究合理可行,相关的数据挖掘结果可为原发性耳鸣的临床研究及治疗提供依据。 |

[Objective] To analyze the regularity of acupoint selection,main acupoints and theoretical basis in acupuncture treatment of primary tinnitus by data mining technology. [Methods] Papers collected from databases CNKI,CBM,VIP and WanFang,and collecting prescriptions of acupuncture treatment for primary tinnitus according to the selection criteria. The descriptive analysis,association rules analysis and clustering analysis were conducted by Python. [Results] 1) A total of 268 effective prescriptions were included in acupuncture treatment of primary tinnitus,including 98 acupoints and 1 793 total application frequency,and the acupoints of triple energizer meridian,gall bladder meridian and small intestine meridian were the most commonly used. 2) The local selection of acupoints was dominant. Among them,the use frequency of the acupoints located around the ear was 781 times, accounting for 44.91% of the total frequency. The higher application frequency was Tinggong (SI19),Yifeng (SI17),Tinghui (GB2) in turn. 3) There were some fixed forms in the combination of acupoints,of which Ermen (SJ21),Tinghui (GB2) with the highest degree of support;The outcome of cluster analysis showed that three acupoint groups as the Zhongzhu (SJ3),Ermen (SJ21),Yifeng (SI17),Tinggong (SI19),Tinghui (GB2),etc were frequently used. [Conclusion] It is reasonable and feasible to apply data mining technology in clinical literature research of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating primary tinnitus,which can provide the basis for clinical research and treatment. |
