| 六味地黄丸首见于钱乙的《小儿药证直诀》，主要治疗小儿“肾怯失音”“囟门不合”。文章从小儿稚阴稚阳、纯阳之体等体质特点及肾主虚的五脏特点入手，基于小儿体质特点分析六味地黄丸的组方原理。同时，由于六味地黄丸组方精当，疗效较好，故后世存在较多类方，临床广泛应用于成人。文章结合小儿体质特点，总结六味地黄丸及其类方在内科临床中的应用机制，探讨其论证原则。 |

| Liuwei Dihuang Pills was first seen in Qian Yi's Children's Medicine Syndrome Zhi Jue in the Northern Song Dynasty,mainly for the treatment of children with "shen qie shi yin" "xin men bu bi". The author starts from the physical characteristics of children with yin and yang,pure yang,and the five zang organs of kidney deficiency,and analyzes the formula of Liuwei Dihuang Pills under the special constitution of children. At the same time,because Liuwei Dihuangs Pill is well formulated and has good curative effect,there are many variations in later generations,and it is widely used in clinical adults. Based on the physical characteristics of children,the author summarizes the application mechanism of Liuwei Dihuang Pills and its prescriptions in internal medicine,and discusses the principles of its classical prescriptions. |
