麻杏石甘汤现代研究概述

摘要:
麻杏石甘汤记载于《伤寒杂病论》,由麻黄、苦杏仁、石膏和炙甘草4味中药组成。文章从麻杏石甘汤的有效成分、现代工艺、药理作用以及量效关系4个方面进行阐述,总结了现有研究的不足,并对未来的研究方向进行展望,以推动中医药的现代化和标准化,使中药复方更好的服务于临床。

Abstract:
Maxing Shigan Decoction is recorded in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and is composed of four traditional Chinese medicines:ephedra, bitter almond, gypsum and licorice. This paper elaborates on the effective ingredients, modern technology, pharmacological effects, and dose-effect relationship of Maxing Shigan Decoction, summarizes the shortcomings of existing research, and looks forward to future research directions to promote the modernization and Standardization of Chinese medicine. Make Chinese medicine compound better serve the clinic.
