摘要:

“因势祛邪”理论在临床各科均有应用，将该治法用于肉芽肿性乳腺炎多获良效。文章总结“因势祛邪”理论在肉芽肿性乳腺炎中的应用，包括顺病情之势、顺病位之势、顺脏腑之势、顺病程之势治疗等。顺病情之势关键在于对病情之势的判断，除判断寒热痰瘀等不同病邪致病所致病情不同，还针对多因素致病，尤其是相对立的两种病邪交互错杂致病时对病势的判断。顺病位之势在于针对不同病位使用口服药及外治法，特点各不相同。顺脏腑之势在肉芽肿性乳腺炎治疗中尤重肝脾，治肝在于疏，调脾在于养。顺病程之势不仅在于不同分期顺势治疗，还在于以动态、发展的眼光而治，不断调整治疗策略。

Abstract:

The theory of "expelling pathogenic factors according to the situation" was applied in various clinical departments,and applying this treatment to granulomatous mastitis often achieves good results. This article summarizes the application of the theory of expelling pathogenic factors according to the situation in granulomatous mastitis,including the treatment of following the trend of the condition,the trend of the disease position,the trend of the organs,and the trend of the disease course. The key to following the trend of the disease lies in the judgment of the trend of the disease. In addition to identifying different pathogenic factors such as cold,heat,phlegm,and blood stasis that cause different conditions,it also focuses on the judgment of the disease trend when there are multiple pathogenic factors,especially when the two opposing pathogenic factors interact and cause mixed diseases. The trend of following the disease site lies in the use of oral medication and external treatment methods for different disease sites,with different characteristics. Following the power of the internal organs,in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis,it is particularly important to focus on the liver and spleen. Treating the liver lies in dispersing,and regulating the spleen lies in nourishing.
