| 《素问·宝命全形论》中指出：“凡刺之真，必先治神。”强调了治神在针刺临床中的重要意义。腹泻型肠易激综合征是消化系统典型的心身疾病，不良情绪在疾病的发生、发展、转归、预后方面起着关键作用。因此，文章试从医者之修身、针前宁神、施术调神、针后养神4个方面阐释治神在腹泻型肠易激综合征的针刺临床上重要的指导价值。 |

| Suwen: Baoming Quanxing Lun pointed out that "where the truth of thorns is,one must first treat the spirits",emphasizing the importance of treating spirits in the clinical practice of acupuncture. Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndromeis a typical psychosomatic disease of the digestive system,and negative emotions play a key role in the occurrence,development,regression and prognosis of the disease. Therefore,this article attempts to explain the important guiding value of treating the spirit in the clinical acupuncture of this disease from the four aspects of the practitioner's cultivation,calming the mind before acupuncture,adjusting the mind by applying surgery,and resting the mind after acupuncture. |
