| 文章介绍分期论治周围性面瘫经验，强调治疗时注重针刺手法，发病早期引邪外出、疏调纠偏，采用“多针、浅刺、轻刺”；相对静止期病证结合、祛邪纠偏，治以随症配穴；恢复期调和气血、通络纠偏，强调远端取穴及背俞穴的辨证运用；后遗症期养经柔筋、扶正纠偏，重视经筋刺法，结合“局部微雕”，施以“弹琴刺激”等手法。因人分期配合中药、推拿，重视心理疏导，强调生活调摄，临床应用屡显佳效。 |

| The article introduces the experience of treating peripheral facial paralysis by stages,focusing on acupuncture,early onset to induce evil to go out and adjust the correction,using "multi-needles,shallow puncture,light thorn";combination of disease and syndrome in the quiescent period,eliminating evil correction. The treatment of points with the disease;the recovery period to reconcile qi and blood,Dredge meridians correction,emphasizing the use of remote acupoints and back shu points for syndrome differentiation;during the sequelae,nourish the menstrual muscles,correct the deviation,focusing on meridian puncture,combined with "partial micro-carving",using "playing piano stimulation" technique. Because people cooperate with Chinese medicine and massage in stages,attach importance to psychological counseling,emphasize life adjustment,and clinical application has repeatedly shown good results. |
