| 抽动障碍(TD)是一种神经精神障碍性疾病,主要表现为快速、不自主、反复的一个或多部位肌肉运动性抽动和发声性抽动,可因小儿禀赋不足、七情内伤或病情迁延形成虚性证候,从虚论治是中医理论指导下的TD的一种治法,本文通过查阅近年来各医家的临证和实验研究,总结从虚论治TD的病因病机和诊疗经验,客观阐明从虚论治TD的临床治疗概况,以期为进一步探求TD的治疗提供新思路。 |

| Tic disorder (TD) is a type of neuropsychiatric condition characterized by uncontrollable,recurrent,and rapid twitching of one or more muscles and vocal twitching. Deficiency syndrome and performance can be caused by insufficient endowment of children,internal injury of seven emotions or prolonged illness. Treating TD from deficiency is a kind of treatment under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory. By reviewing the clinical and experimental studies in recent years,this article summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis and diagnosis experience of treating TD from the perspective of vacuity,objective clarify from deficiency to elucidate the clinical treatment overview of TD,so as to provide a new idea to further explore the treatment of TD. |
