摘要:

[目的] 系统评价11种中成药治疗小儿厌食症的相对临床疗效。[方法] 计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library数据库中有关中成药治疗小儿厌食症的随机对照试验，检索时限为数据库建库至2022年5月5日。使用RevMan 5.3、GeMTC 0.14.3、Stata 14.0软件进行结果呈现和数据分析。[结果] 研究共纳入48项随机对照试验，共计7 113名受试者，涉及11种中成药。网状Meta分析结果显示，不同干预措施的临床总有效率排序结果为：肠胃康颗粒>山麦健脾口服液>芪斛楂颗粒>小儿脾胃乐颗粒>儿康宁>沙棘干乳剂>醒脾养儿颗粒>健身消导颗粒>小儿健脾丸>健胃消食口服液>健胃消食片>常规西药。[结论] 中成药治疗小儿厌食症的疗效较为确切，值得临床推广，且肠胃康颗粒、山麦健脾口服液和芪斛楂颗粒概率排序较为靠前，为最佳干预措施的可能性最大，临床上可结合该研究结果及临床实际情况谨慎选择对患者最优的干预措施进行治疗。

Abstract:

[Objective] To systematically evaluate the relative clinical efficacy of 11 Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of anorexia in children. [Methods] The randomized controlled trials of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of anorexia in children were searched in CNKI, WanFang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, web of science and the Cochrane library database by computer. The search time was from the establishment of the database to May 5, 2022. RevMan 5.3, GeMTC 0.14.3 and Stata 14.0 software were used for result presentation and data analysis. [Results] The 48 randomized controlled trials with a total of 7 113 subjects involving 11 kinds of Chinese patent medicines were included in this study. The results showed that the total clinical effective rates of different intervention measures were as follows:Changweikang Granule>Shanmai Jianpi Oral Liquid>Qihuzha Granule>Xiaoer Piweile Granule>Erkangning>sea buckthorn emulsion>Xingpi Yanger Granule>Jianshen Xiaodao Granule>Xiaoer Jianpi Pill>Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid>Jianwei Xiaoshi Tablets>conventional Western medicine. [Conclusion] The curative effect of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of infantile anorexia is relatively accurate, which is worthy of clinical promotion. Moreover, the probability ranking of Changweikang Granule, Shanmai Jianpi Oral Liquid and Qihuzha Granule is higher, which is the most likely to be the best intervention measure. The best intervention measures for patients can be carefully selected in combination with the results of this study and the actual clinical situation.
