| 长新冠是指患者新冠感染“康复”过程中出现的多种躯体和精神症状，临床持续时间较长。王庆国教授从枢机理论出发，认为正虚邪恋，枢机不利是长新冠的核心病机；以“和调枢机、通平致和”为总体治疗原则；据证选方，临床善用柴胡桂枝汤为主方化裁，再据证/症灵活加减，标本兼顾，病症同治，临床疗效显著。 |

| Long COVID-19 refers to a variety of physical and mental symptoms in the process of “recovery” from COVID-19 infection，and the clinical duration is longer. According to the cardinal theory，Professor WANG Qingguo believes that the core pathogenesis of the long novel coronavirus is the positive deficiency and the evil spirit. To “harmonize the cardinal，Tongping and harmony” as the overall treatment principle；According to the evidence of prescription selection，clinical use of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction as the main prescription to cut，and then according to the evidence/disease flexible addition or subtraction，specimen consideration，disease treatment，clinical effect is remarkable. |
