中药复方对特发性肺纤维化干预机制的实验研究进展

摘要:
特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是一种以弥漫性肺泡炎和肺泡结构紊乱、最终导致肺间质纤维化为特征的疾病。临床常采用尼达尼布或吡非尼酮等进行治疗,但易出现耐药性且具有较多不良反应。本文通过查阅近年来关于中药复方对特发性肺纤维化干预机制的相关文献,发现补阳还五汤、十枣汤、补肺汤、麦门冬汤、血府逐瘀汤、养肺活血方等对IPF具有一定干预作用,其作用机制主要与调控TGF-β1/Smad、PI3K-Akt、NF-κB等信号通路,抗炎和调节氧化应激反应等有关。该文归纳了近五年中药复方对IPF干预机制的实验研究情况,总结了出现频次较高的药味及其功效分类,为深入探索中药抗IPF的作用机制提供参考。

Experimental research progress of traditional Chinese medicine compound on the intervention mechanism of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

Abstract:
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) is a disease characterized by diffuse alveolitis and structural disturbances in the alveoli,eventually leading to interstitial fibrosis of the lungs. Clinically,nintedanib or pirfenidone is often used for treatment,but it is prone to drug resistance and has many adverse reactions. In this paper,by reviewing the relevant literature on the intervention mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) compound for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in recent years,we found that Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Shizao Decoction,Bufei Decoction,Maimendong Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Yangfei Huoxue Decoction have certain intervention effects on IPF,which mechanism of action is mainly related to the regulation of TGF-β1/Smad,PI3K-Akt,NF-κB and other signaling pathways,anti-inflammatory and regulation of oxidative stress. In this paper,we summarized the experimental research on the intervention mechanism of IPF by TCM compound in the past five years,and summarized the high frequency of medicinal odors and their efficacy classification,so as to provide reference for further exploring the mechanism of TCM against IPF.
