三小定点整脊技术联合针刺治疗青少年颈型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 研究三小定点整脊技术联合针刺治疗青少年颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。[方法] 采用随机对照的方法,分析天津北辰北门医院门诊和住院部收治的100例青少年颈型颈椎病患者的临床资料及治疗情况。将100例患者随机分为两组,实验组50例,给予三小定点整脊技术配合针刺治疗;对照组50例,给予三小定点整脊技术治疗。两组疗程均为4周。治疗结束后随访并观察两组临床症状改善情况和疗效,并统计治疗前和末次随访相关数据。[结果] 观察组治疗的总有效率96.0%,明显高于对照组的有效率80.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两个组患者在治疗前后的疼痛程度组内比较有统计学意义,颈椎生理曲度改善程度的组内比较有统计学意义,以及三小定点整脊技术治疗结束后两个组间的疼痛和颈椎生理曲度改善程度的比较都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论] 三小定点整脊技术联合针刺较单纯使用三小定点整脊技术治疗青少年颈型颈椎病有效率更高,对疼痛控制改善更为明显,对颈椎生理曲度改善效果更为理想,具有临床价值,值得在临床大规模推广使用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To study the clinical efficacy of three small point chiropractic technique combined with acupuncture in the treatment of juvenile cervical spondylosis. [Methods] A randomized controlled study was conducted to analyze the clinical data and treatment of 100 adolescent patients with cervical spondylosis. 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the experimental group were treated with three small point chiropractic technique combined with acupuncture;50 cases in the control group were treated with three small point chiropractic technique. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and curative effect of the two groups were observed,and the relevant data before treatment and the last follow-up were counted. [Results] The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the degree of pain and the improvement of cervical curvature between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with the simple use of three small fixed-point chiropractic technique,the three small fixed-point chiropractic technique combined with acupuncture has higher efficiency in the treatment of adolescent cervical spondylosis,more obvious improvement in pain control,and more ideal effect in the improvement of cervical physiological curvature,which has clinical value and is worthy of large-scale clinical application.
