摘要:

针灸作为中医药重要组成部分，临床应用疾病谱较为广泛，但目前存在高质量循证证据不足的问题，制约了针灸发展。病例注册登记是一种真实世界临床研究方法。针灸病例注册登记模式下开展的针灸临床研究，可以弥补随机对照试验的证据不足。为推进针灸病例注册登记研究的规范使用，中国针灸学会于2022年发布了《针灸病例注册登记实施指南》，该指南提供了针灸病例注册登记研究项目的实施过程，对项目建立及关键环节的技术制定进行说明，具有一定的临床指导意义。文章对该指南的背景、主要内容、注意事项等进行解读，以期更好地指导临床使用。

Abstract:

As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine，acupuncture and moxibustion has a wide spectrum of clinical applications，but there is insufficient high-quality evidence-based evidence，which restricts the development of acupuncture and moxibustion. Case registry is a real-world clinical research method. The clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion carried out under the registration mode of acupuncture and moxibustion cases can make up for the lack of evidence of randomized controlled trials. In order to promote the standardized use of acupuncture-moxibustion case registration research，the Chinese Acupuncture-Moxibustion Society issued the Guidelines for the Implementation of Acupuncture Case Registration in 2022. The guideline provides the implementation process of acupuncture-moxibustion case registration research projects，explains the project establishment and the technical formulation of key links，which has certain clinical guiding significance. This article interprets the background，main content and precautions of the guideline，in order to better guide the clinical application.
