Abstract:
The theory of Tri-jiao qi Transformation is an important means of communication between the organs and is the fundamental source of body fluid, qi, and blood transformation. Dysfunction of the Tri-jiao qi can lead to dysfunction in the distribution of body fluids, improper of regulation of qi movement, and inadequate nourishment of organs, which is the fundamental pathological mechanism of diarrhea. Based on the theory of Tri-jiao qi transformation, the author proposes that the treatment of diarrhea should focus on regulating and restoring the function of Tri-jiao, promoting the distribution of body fluids, ensuring smooth qi movement, and harmonizing the organs. Based on the theory of Tri-jiao qi transformation, the author proposes that the diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea should focus on regulating the Tri-jiao. By restoring the function of Tri-jiao qi transformation, the normal distribution of body fluids can be promoted, the pivot of qi movement can be unblocked, and the harmony of internal organs can be achieved. This not only enriches the theoretical connotations of traditional Chinese medicine for diagnosing and treating diarrhea but also provides significant guidance for clinical practice.
