摘要:

糖尿病肾脏疾病（DKD）是糖尿病主要的微血管并发症，病情进展迅速，预后差，西医缺乏特效治疗。DKD属于中医“虚劳”“水肿”等范畴，国医大师张大宁教授将其中医病机精炼为“虚、瘀、湿、浊”。基于DKD“肾虚血瘀”核心病机，创立“补肾活血法”治疗DKD，以补肾活血为核心治则，辅以滋补肝肾、顾护脾胃、清热散结、通腑泄浊等法，在临证过程中谨守病机、灵活变通，疗效显著。

Abstract:

Diabetic kidney disease（DKD） is a major microvascular complication of diabetes，characterized by rapid progression and poor prognosis，for which modern medicine lacks specific and effective therapies. In traditional Chinese medicine，DKD falls under the categories of Xu Lao（consumptive disease） and Shui Zhong（edema）. Professor ZHANG Daning has refined its traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis into “deficiency，blood stasis，dampness，and turbidity”. Based on the core pathogenesis of “kidney deficiency and blood stasis” in DKD，he established the “kidney-tonifying and blood-activating method” for its treatment. This method takes tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation as the core therapeutic principle，supplemented by approaches such as nourishing the liver and kidney，protecting the spleen and stomach，clearing heat and dissipating nodules，and purging the fu-organs to discharge turbidity. In clinical practice，he strictly adheres to the pathogenesis while flexibly adapting treatment，achieving remarkable therapeutic efficacy.
