| 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病,CHD)的发病呈现年轻化趋势,已经成为中国病死率极高的疾病之一。目前的研究显示腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)可以通过影响心肌细胞损伤、死亡及增殖转化等生物学过程,参与CHD的发生发展全程。近年来,中医药对心血管疾病的研究结果显示了其具有良好的临床疗效,且不良反应较少,同时也对于中医药调控AMPK信号通路治疗CHD开展了诸多实验研究。文章就近年来相关文献进行梳理总结,综述AMPK在CHD发病机制中的作用,同时对中医药调控AMPK及其相关信号通路的体内外实验研究进展进行归纳,以期为深入理解CHD的发病机制及中医药用药策略提供启示。 |

| The incidence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) is showing a trend toward affecting younger individuals and has become one of the diseases with the highest mortality rates in China. Current research indicates that AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK) participates in the entire process of CHD occurrence and development by influencing biological processes such as cardiomyocyte injury,death,proliferation,and transformation. In recent years,studies on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in cardiovascular diseases have demonstrated its favorable clinical efficacy and minimal adverse reactions. Concurrently,numerous experimental studies have been conducted on TCM regulating the AMPK signaling pathway for CHD treatment. The article reviews and summarizes recent relevant literature,outlines the role of AMPK in the pathogenesis of CHD,and summarizes progress of in vivo and in vitro experimental research on TCM regulation of AMPK and its related signaling pathways,aiming to provide insights for a deeper understanding of CHD pathogenesis and TCM treatment strategies. |
