子午年咳喘的发病及治法

摘要:

文章基于“六气交变”理论，探讨子午年六气分布格局下，咳喘的发病及治则。“六气交变”理论为运气学说的核心理论之一，其认为六气交司的过程，有常变与异变之分。气交之常变是天地自然运转合和的体现，是气候、物候遵从四时节气恒动更替的前提，是事物不断更迭往复的原动力，而气交之异变则为阻碍人体维持内部稳态，以致脏腑发生病变的重要因素。本文研究分析发现，在子午年，咳喘好发于二之气、三之气、五之气与终之气，且三火并至，壮火刑金为引发咳喘的核心病因。对于咳喘好发时段，文章围绕六气特点，详细论述了相应的治法，并结合具体医案进一步丰富了六气交变与咳喘发病及治疗的内在联系，以期为临床防治提供思路。

Abstract:

This article is based on the theory of“Six Qi Alternation”and explores the incidence and treatment principles of cough and asthma under the distribution pattern of six qi in the Ziwu year. The theory of“Six qi Alternation”is one of the core theories of the theory of Yunqi，which believes that the process of six qi interactions can be divided into constant and abnormal changes. The constant variation of qi exchange is a reflection of the natural operation and harmony of heaven and earth. It is a prerequisite for the climate and phenology to follow the constant changes of the four seasonal solar terms，and is the driving force for the constantly changing and reciprocating of things. On the other hand，the abnormal variation of qi exchange is an important factor that hinders the maintenance of internal homeostasis in the human body，leading to pathological changes in the organs. This study found that in the Ziwu year，coughing and asthma are more common in the second，third，fifth，and final qi， and the three fires combind together. The core cause of coughing and asthma is the“strengthening of fire Inter- restraining the mental”. For the period of high incidence of cough and asthma，this article focuses on the characteristics of the six qi and elaborates on the corresponding treatment. Meanwhile，this article further enriches the inherent relationship between the six qi alternation and the onset and treatment of cough and asthma by combining specific medical cases，in order to provide ideas for clinical prevention and treatment.
