| 腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）是临床上常见的脊柱退行性疾病，严重影响着患者的生活质量，也给患者和社会带来了沉重的经济负担。为提供有效且合适的诊治方案，2024年世界神经外科联盟（WFNS）脊柱委员会发布了LDH的最新国际诊疗指南。指南从LDH的流行病学和诊断、LDH的保守措施、LDH的复发及防治3个方面进行论述。文章对指南的推荐意见进行梳理并总结如下，并结合中国对LDH的诊疗现状进行阐述，以期为医护工作者在临床实践中提供参考。 |

| Lumbar disc herniation（LDH） is a common degenerative spinal disease，which seriously affects patients’ quality of life and imposes a substantial economic burden on both patients and society. To standardize management，the Spine Committee of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies（WFNS） released the latest international guidelines for LDH in 2024. These guidelines address the epidemiology and diagnosis of LDH，its conservative management，and the prevention and treatment of recurrence. This article summarizes the key recommendations of these guidelines and reviews the current status of LDH management in China，to provide a reference for clinicians in their practice. |
